Etching is another method of engraving that can produce a more detailed and smooth effect. However, this approach is somewhat less environmentally friendly because it involves chemical liquids. However, the manufacturer is careful to ensure that each etching process, i.e. from drawings or real plates, screen film, etching to oil is properly done. The etching lines on the bottom cover are only a few microns deep, while the etching of the ring is deeper.

Two manufacturers also agree that laser engraving can help produce high quality and stable products.

For example, a straight line can be carved at a speed of 1,500 millimeters per second, and when the pattern is confirmed, the engraving machine can operate 24 hours a day, ensuring fast delivery. In addition, laser engraving is computerized, and you can control every engraving to be absolutely the same, smooth and detailed. The most subtle laser engraving font is only about 1.064 microns. Also, laser engraving is environmentally friendly and economical without chemical materials and contaminants.
