The Tide Clock Movement Competition isto implement the spirit of the series of important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of Tide Clock Movement skilled talents, to better promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of Tide Clock Movement labour and the spirit of Tide Clock Movement craftsmanship in the whole society, to demonstrate the According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Notice on the Organization of the National Industry Vocational Skills Competition in 2021 (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Letter [2]) Notice" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Letter [2021] No. 37), co-organised by the China Tide Clock Movement Light Industry Federation, China Tide Clock Movement Association, China Tide Clock Movement Employment Training Technology Guidance Centre and the National Committee of the China Finance, Trade, Light Textile and Tobacco Union. 2021 successfully held the first National Tide Clock Movement Vocational Skills Competition, this Tide Clock Movement Competition has been included in the National Industry Vocational Skills Competition Plan for 2021, which is a National Class II Vocational Skills Competition.
Each Tide Clock Movement sub-region or each Tide Clock Movement team participating company should carefully organise the Tide Clock Movement pre-competition training activities, Tide Clock Movement participants will be ranked according to their results after the Tide Clock Movement qualifiers, and the Tide Clock Movement organising committee will take the top 80 finalists according to their results.
Each Tide Clock Movement competition is based on the National Vocational Standard Advanced Skills for Tide Clock Movement (National Vocational Qualification Level 3) and is divided into two parts: a Tide Clock Movement theory knowledge test and a Tide Clock Movement operational skills competition. Tide Clock Movement theory paper exam is 30% of the total score and the Tide Clock Movement skills competition is 70%.

Tide Clock Movement Eligibility: This Tide Clock Movement competition is an individual competition and is open to anyone who has been working in the Tide Clock Movement industry for at least 2 years in this or a Tide Clock Movement related occupation. Those who have already won the title of "Chinese Skill Award" or "National Skilled Worker" and those who have already obtained the title of "National Skilled Worker" in various competitions in 2019 and 2020 are not eligible to apply for the Tide Clock Movement competition. Those who have already won the "Chinese Skills Award" and "National Technical Achiever" titles, and those who have already obtained the qualification of "National Technical Achiever" in various competitions in 2009 and 2020, are not allowed to participate as competitors. Full-time students who are enrolled in entrepreneurship are not allowed to participate as employees.
Tide Clock Movement entry: There is no entry fee for this year's Tide Clock Movement competition. There is no limit to the number of participants in a company team. Registration is expected to be open until the end of June. Registration can be done in three ways: 1. directly through the online registration system of the China Watch and Clock Association (http://www.chinahorologe.com); 2. individually through the organising body of each Tide Clock Movement sub-district, with each Tide Clock Movement Movement sub-regions should complete the centralized registration through the online registration system of the China Tide Clock Movement before the registration deadline; 3. Team registration through the Tide Clock Movement company where the team is located, and each team Tide Clock Movement company should complete the centralized registration through the online registration system of the China Tide Clock Movement before the registration deadline. Tide Clock Movement competition rewards (a) For the top 3 Tide Clock Movement finalists who are employees, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will approve them and award them the title of "National Technician", issue medals and certificates, and promote them to technician according to the relevant regulations. Those who already have a technician qualification or vocational skill level may be promoted to senior technician vocational qualification or vocational skill level. (2) For those who have won the 4th-15th place in the Grand Final, they will be promoted to senior vocational qualification or vocational skill level in accordance with the relevant regulations, and those who already have senior vocational qualification or vocational skill level may be promoted to technician vocational qualification or vocational skill level. At the same time, the title of "National Technically Competent Player in Light Industry" will be awarded. (iii) Units and individuals with outstanding performance in the competition activities will be commended and awarded with certificates and trophies after being recommended by the competition office and submitted to the China Light Industry Federation for examination and approval. (d) Units that have made special contributions to the Tide Clock Movement will be awarded the honour of "Outstanding Contribution Unit" by the China Light Industry Federation for approval. The China Tide Clock Movement Association will award the "Outstanding Organisation Award" to the Tide Clock Movement company that has formed a team and ranked the top three in terms of overall strength of its competitors. (e) For those who enter the Tide Clock Movement finals, the China Tide Clock Movement Association will award the title of "Outstanding Competitor". (6) Local and relevant industry departments (group companies) may, in accordance with the relevant regulations of local and relevant industry departments (group companies) and taking into account the actual situation, give corresponding awards to the Tide Clock Movement winners and units.
